Spoon Theory is a focus timer for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, published by Alex Plischke.
Spoon Theory doesn’t collect any data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking, and nothing is shared or sold.
The app syncs your presets and history between your devices using your private iCloud account. I can’t access that data, and since I don’t hold any of it, there’s nothing on my end to delete.
The app is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and I don’t receive your personal information.
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the effective date above.
